Amber Kemp

Amber has spent just over 15 years in residential property management, real estate and marketing. Starting off as a junior Sales Associate, Amber quickly navigated through various management roles within the multi-family industry and found her true passion in connecting people to homes.

As a multi-family property manager, Amber specialized in properties undergoing renovation and eventually moved into luxury lease up communities. From here, she developed an interest in training and being a positive mentor to fellow colleagues, and assisted on many committees dedicated to growing individuals within the multi-family industry. Amber's core focus is providing an excellent customer experience, and takes pride in building strong relationships with all of her professional connections.

She received her education at Metropolitan State University of Denver, earning a degree in Business Administration. She also holds a Colorado Real Estate License.

Amber stays busy in her free time enjoying the outdoors, travelling and watching her kids play ice hockey.
