Jessica Khachani

Jessica Khachani, BSc MIBA, started working in the Real Estate industry in 2010 providing management services to foreign investors. Her passion for Real Estate grew from there allowing her to listen to customers and learn how to best serve their needs. As a real estate agent and investor, Jessica grew her personal portfolio to include single family homes and multifamily apartment buildings. While helping her client invest in Real Estate for over 15 years, Jessica developed a passion for serving others and helping them buy the home of their dreams.

In 2010, Jessica founded JMK Property Investment to fulfill the need for a dedicated service-focused property management & real estate investment company. She then expanded the company’s offering to include ground-up construction services. Jessica has helped investors acquire, remodel & build, and manage real estate assets in Florida, the US and abroad. Jessica holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University (FIU) and a Masters of International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
