Mehdi Khachani

Mehdi has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, where he started his career with the purchase of single family homes in Canada and the US. His experience includes acquisition of real estate assets, construction and commercial remodeling, and property management. Mehdi serves as a Broker at JMK Real Estate Agents and the Chief Executive Officer for JMK Property Investment, where he is a co-founder and responsible for the company’s overall operation and expansion efforts. Notably, he grew the investment, management, and construction operation to oversee over $200M in assets over the last 5 years. Mehdi is passionate about serving customers looking to purchase a commercial property and a home in South Florida.

Mehdi Khachani received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Engineering from McGill University, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in Canada. Mehdi is also a Florida licensed general contractor, real estate broker and community association manager in the state of Florida. Mehdi thrives on inspiring and motivating others while leading by example in his professional and personal life.
